"Dumas" is of unknown origin. He created an experiment in the 21st century that would successfully rid all processed foods 300 years later. However, as implied in Nugget Nonsense, the experiment is Toasty, created by James, implying he is Dumas.
In Nugget Nonsense, according to Echo, in the Future the experiment that as Toasty ends up rebelling against his own creator, and purposely ends up burning him alive and killing him.
